Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including your account, enrollments, form submissions and any WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger conversations with us.
How to request deletion
- Email contact@drshem.online from the address you used with us, with the subject "Delete my data".
- If you only messaged us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, say which account or phone number to remove.
What happens next
We confirm your request, then delete your data within 30 days. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, for example payment records. Deleting a conversation on our side does not delete it from your own WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook account.
